Delivery Information.

If your order is urgent, please contact me before ordering, I will do my best to help.

Delivery is charged on the total order weight and is added at the checkout.
The weight includes packaging and is adjusted / calculated to suit courier price bands.
It does not reflect the actual order weight.

DISPATCH TIME
Everything is made to order, ready for dispatch within 3 ~ 4 days.
Maybe longer during busy times, Xmas, Mothers day etc.

DELIVERY
I will dispatch your order via either Royal Mail (monitored delivery) or a Tracked Courier.
Delivery is normally between 2 ~ 3

Damaged in transit must be photographed and emailed to me within 48 hours of delivery.
